How UI Medical Marketing collects, uses, and protects information about visitors and clients.

We collect information you give us directly (name, email, phone, practice details) when you fill out a form, request a consultation, or sign up for a resource. We also collect technical information automatically — IP address, browser, device, pages visited, referrers — through standard web analytics.
We use the information to respond to your inquiry, deliver requested resources, send you content you opted into, improve our services, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information with vetted vendors that help us run the business — analytics, hosting, email, CRM. We require those vendors to handle your data with at least the same level of care we do. We may also disclose information when required by law.
We use first- and third-party cookies for analytics and marketing. You can opt out via your browser settings or by using the cookie controls on our site.
We do not collect Protected Health Information (PHI) on this website. Any PHI shared with us as part of a client engagement is handled under a separate Business Associate Agreement.
